Simply fill out the form above, providing a brief description of what items your business is looking to trade-in. Once complete, a member of the Mazuma team will call you back and make arrangements for a collection.
Collection
We will collect all devices free of charge! Before collection, please remove all iCloud accounts, without this step being completed we cannot purchase your device(s). Once they arrive back at our warehouse, one of our trained technicians will assess all devices thoroughly and provide a quote.
Secure Data Erasure
We understand how important it is for your business that your data is handled securely. Mazuma have numerous GDPR and WEEE compliant measures and processes in place, guaranteeing any of your business' sensitive information remains secure. These measures include, but aren't limited to:
- Automatic erasure of all data across all devices using Blanco and Phonecheck software. This process takes all devices back to their factory settings.
- A secure courier to collect your devices and safely deliver them back to our warehouse.
- Trained Mazuma warehouse technicians handling and assessing the value of each individual device.
- For specific devices, upon request we can provide data erasure certificates.
- SSL Secure Registration.
Our unique 39-point check system ensures none of your data will leave our warehouse.
