This depends on the age and condition of your smartwatch. An Apple Watch Ultra 2 in pristine condition will of course sell for more than an Apple Watch Series 4 with some major performance issues. For some watches we can only accept them if they are unlocked, meaning they don’t belong to a certain network, so be sure to check this if you’re considering selling your smartwatch.
When establishing a quote for your smartwatch, we group devices into three categories – excellent, good, and faulty. Excellent condition smartwatches will give you the highest quote price, but it must be fully functional and have no major faults. We also accept ‘good’ and ‘faulty’ smartwatches, where they may have some visible faults or obvious issues.

It’s easy to sell your smartwatch with Mazuma. Whether you’re selling a brand-new Apple Watch Series 9 or an older Apple Watch Series 3, simply follow these steps:
1. Register your Sale: Search for your smartwatch’s model, choose its condition and enter your details.
2. Sales Pack: After your sale has been registered, we’ll send you a free sales pack which includes a Freepost bag and postage instructions. You can choose to send your "device" using your sales pack, or by printing your own label.
3. Send Smartwatch: Make sure to send us your smartwatch within 14 days. Our Freepost bags are trackable using Royal Mail Tracking, and normally arrive at our HQ within 1-3 days. We only need the watch; you can keep any chargers or accessories that came with it.
4. Fast Payment: Once we receive your smartwatch, we’ll check to make sure everything looks good and pay you on the same day (this applies Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and does not apply to orders that arrive with us after 2pm).
