What if my device works but has a broken screen?

Broken screens are expensive to replace. However, depending on other factors we may still be able to offer some value for the device.

Is my device working if the battery is flat?

Yes, provided you know that the device works otherwise. We use chargers and wireless chargers to attempt to charge devices once received.

What must I include with my device?

We like to keep things simple, but some devices need some additional items sending to be able to offer the quoted value, as listed below:

  • Mobile phone and Tablets: Require device only
  • Macbook/Laptops, Smart Watch and Nintendo Switch Lite: Requires charger sending
  • Nintendo Switch: Requires charger, dock, joy cons and wrist straps sending
  • Games Consoles: Requires one genuine controller and power cables

Do I need to include the charger or accessories?

We require some peripheral items sending as per the T&Cs and the “what must I include what must I include with my device”. Other accessories are not required to achieve the offered value and cannot be returned if sent in with your device.

How can I tell the condition of my phone?

Please refer to our terms and conditions for our grading requirements for each device.

What if my device is not on your list?

Our list includes over 3000 phones and 1000 other device types and is continually growing. So it’s pretty BIG. If you can’t find yours, don’t worry. Please contact us to request addition or quote (if we are able to) for your device.

Does my device colour affect the price?

In order to keep things nice and simple we pay you the same price regardless of device colour.

Do I get a higher price for a new device?

Our “Excellent” pricing includes pricing for new devices.

What if my device is blocked?

If your device is blocked, it is likely it has been reported lost or stolen. We do not purchase blocked devices. If you are the rightful owner of a blocked device, we suggest you contact your service provider to have the device unblocked.

What if my device is Network locked?

We accept network locked devices and pay the full value.
