Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Mazuma Mobile Limited (Mazuma Mobile), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon the payment by Mazuma Mobile to you for an order placed with Mazuma Mobile (Completed Order). Your unique order number generated from a Completed Order will be evidence of your entry.  You will receive an entry for every Completed Order.  Should you win one of the draws below, that specific entry will be removed from subsequent draws, but any other entries you have made will still be valid for future draws.
3. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 1^st August 2026. The closing date for the final prize draw is 23:59 on 30^th November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered. You will only be entered for any draws which take place after the date of a Completed Order.
4. Mazuma Mobile accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Mazuma Mobile does not take any responsibility for incomplete orders and any incomplete trade-in sales will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Mazuma Mobile accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by an independent computer process. The following draws will take place:

6. The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) as soon as possible after every draw takes place and must provide required payment details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Mazuma Mobile within 21 days of being notified by Mazuma Mobile, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Mazuma Mobile will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The prize will be sent to the winner by bank transfer. By accepting a prize, winners agree to reasonably cooperate with our promotional activities relating to the competition. This may include participating in photography, video content, and/or interviews, as well as allowing the use of their name, image, and likeness across our marketing channels. We will always aim to keep any such activity respectful, proportionate, and at a time that is convenient for the winner. If a winner has specific concerns or limitations, we encourage open discussion so that suitable arrangements can be agreed.
8. By entering this prize draw, you consent to the use of your name and/or photograph or other likeness, as well as your appearance at publicity events without any additional compensation.
9. The prize for the Mazuma competition winner is non-exchangeable, and no alternative is offered.
10. Mazuma Mobile reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Mazuma Mobile’s control make it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of Mazuma Mobile regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
12. Mazuma Mobile must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Mazuma Mobile will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Mazuma Mobile. In such circumstances, Mazuma Mobile must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Mazuma Mobile reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
14. Mazuma Mobile reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Mazuma Mobile, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Mazuma Mobile, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Mazuma Mobile’s Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
17. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
