With over 18 years of experience recycling assets for consumers and more than 8 million devices processed, we’re seeking a talented Marketing Executive to amplify and take ownership of our B2B division, generating high value corporate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Planning: Assist in budget planning allocation, focusing on ROI.
  • Driving Leads: Plan and develop relevant and suitable campaigns (both organic and paid for) focusing on lead generation.
  • Website Optimisation: Suggest and implement website optimisations using WordPress, focusing on UX and SEO improvements.
  • Multi-Channel Optimisation: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social, email, paid etc.) targeting key verticals such as IT, Procurement, and compliance teams.
  • Design Content: Leverage brand assets to produce/suggest effective visual materials: ads, emails, business materials etc.
  • Reporting – Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, website traffic, social engagement, and campaign ROI. Confident utilising Google Analytics 4 and basic skills in GTM.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years’ marketing experience in a B2B or similar role.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques: PPC, SEO, LinkedIn campaign management, email marketing.
  • Previous experience managing lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content development skills – adaptable for both technical and business audiences.
  • Creative flair with basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
  • Solid project management skills: budgeting, managing and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data and optimising campaigns.
