What payment methods do you offer?
We offer three payment methods - Cash (Cheque), Cash (Bank Transfer) and Argos Vouchers.
When do I get paid?
Ah, yes. The really important bit. Once we have received and checked your phones we promise to make/post you payment on the same day!! Snappy.
We'll send you an email to confirm payment has been sent.
I've received an email confirmation that payment has been made but I've not received it?
We post all payments via 1st class post. If your payment has not arrived within 5 days, it may have been lost in the post. In this case, please contact our customer support team and we'll reissue payment.
Where can I use my Argos voucher?
You can use your Argos voucher in any Argos or Homebase store in the UK.
Please note that vouchers cannot be used online.
When can I use my Argos voucher?
Once you have received your Argos voucher, you will be required to activate it prior to use. This process ensures your voucher value is protected if lost in the post.
Once activated, you will be able to use the card within 24hrs.
How do I activate my Argos voucher?
To activate your Argos voucher please call 0845 6400879 (charged at local rate). You will be required to have your voucher and Voucher Reference number to hand.
How do I get my Voucher Reference number?
Your Voucher Reference number will be emailed to you on the day the voucher is posted to you.
If you do not receive this email you can obtain your Voucher Reference number by logging into the 'My Account' area of our website.
I've lost my Argos Voucher, can I get it replaced?
We can only replace vouchers which have not been activated.
Once your voucher is activated please be very careful not to lose it as it cannot be replaced!
If your voucher has not been activated, please contact our customer support team to arrange a replacement.
Where can I bank my cheque?
You can deposit your cheque into any UK bank that you hold an account with. It should normally take 3 working days to clear.
