ZTE has made the Grand X available in the UK, an Android 4.0 phone.

It runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich system and is powered by a Nvidia Tegra 2 processor with dual core and 512 mb of memory alongside four gb of storage.

To this can be added a further 32 gb of storage using a MicroSD card.

Phones4U has sought a bit of the action already by offering a chance to win tickets to the Professor Green Show and get a back cover for the phone of the rapper for everyone who buys one.

While the prize draw takes place, mobile phone customers seeking to change their handset will be considering their options, with the Grand X being the latest in a number of new phones on the market.

These include the Samsung Galaxy Beam, which contains a projector capable of beaming images from videos, maps, games and other data onto a wall or any other suitable surface.
