A new deal offered by the network Three could tempt some people into trading in their mobile phone and switching to one of the firm’s devices.

It has revealed that for an extra £3 a month, customers can enjoy all-you-can-eat data consumption, meaning there are no restrictions to browsing the web at any time.

Due to start on October 7th, the special tariff comes just months after Three launched similar deals for its pay-as-you-go customers and those on The One Plan.

“[Consumers’] use of data goes up significantly over the lifetime of their contracts, as they do more and more with their handset. All-you-can-eat data means that they don’t have to worry,” explained Thomas Malleschitz, marketing director at Three UK.

The network has figures that show data usage is rising rapidly month by month in the UK.

Earlier this month, Three confirmed it will soon be stocking the Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman and Xperia Arc S mobiles.
