People around the UK might wish to sell mobile phones in order to switch to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, now that it is available from Three.

The network has confirmed that it is now taking pre-orders for the device, prior to it hitting the shelves in the next fortnight.

Described as combining the best operating system from Android and the finest hardware on the market for Samsung, the model is one not to miss.

Sylvia Chind, head of handsets at Three, said: "It's great to add another HSPA+ enabled device to our range, which will see the Galaxy Nexus' features be brought to life with Three's award-winning HSPA+ enabled network."

Another exciting feature of the phone is its use of Face Unlock, which allows users to access the device through facial recognition technology.

Three recently confirmed that another phone it is to stock is the HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio.
