At least two networks in the UK have announced they will be stocking the LG G2 when the mobile phone finally reaches us.

Almost as soon as LG released the G2, Three confirmed that it would be offering the handset and O2 has followed suit.

The 5.2-inch device is expected to arrive in October, but both providers have left release dates as vague as "coming soon" and "later this year". However, other big names in the UK like EE and Vodafone have nothing to announce and with no plans yet.

In the past, LG has been underwhelmed by the UK and its 'immature' 4G network which has often held them back from releasing its flagship devices on British shores.

However, the recent emergence of the EE network and the fact that both Vodafone and O2 are planning to introduce a 4G option by the end of this month (August 29th), may have encouraged the company.
