People on the T-Mobile network could soon wish to take advantage of it offering the recently-unveiled HTC Desire.

The handset will be available to customers from March 26th, it has been revealed and the device could drive mobile recycling for people looking to receive cash to put towards a new phone.

It was announced by the mobile network via its official UK Twitter page following the Mobile World Congress (MWC) unveiling which took place in Barcelona earlier this week.

The Tweet stated: “The HTC Desire, just unveiled by HTC at MWC, will be available on T-Mobile from 26th March.”

Features of the phone include a 1-Ghz Snapdragon processor a 3.7-inch touch screen and a five-megapixel camera

Orange will also be launching the device, although it as yet unclear what the operator’s release date will be.

MWC finished today (February 18th).
