Shoppers in Leeds may today (August 20th) have decided to sell their used mobile phone in favour of buying one of the latest devices on the market.
That is because Three Mobile's bus was at the White Rose Shopping Centre in the city, explaining the benefits of having access to mobile internet.
Pollyanna Woodward, star of The Gadget Show on Channel Five, was also on hand to offer expert advice.
Such a set-up could have convinced many that selling an old handset for cash and putting the funds towards an iPhone, BlackBerry or HTC may be worthwhile.
Three says more than ten million Britons have never been online and it is committed to showing them what they are missing.
Ms Woodward says: "Three has really shaken up the mobile market. As the UK's biggest 3G network, it allows more people to get connected in more places."
A YouGov survey recently found Three to be the best provider of mobile broadband in the UK.
