Britons who like to call friends or family in various parts of the world have plenty to gain from selling mobiles and investing in a new device with O2.
That is because the network has launched its new International Extras scheme, designed to provide value-for-money when phoning seven nations.
The countries in question have been named as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nigeria, Iraq, Bulgaria and Sri Lanka.
"Our portfolio of international calling products now means that wherever a customer wants to phone, we can offer a great value calling rate and an open and honest approach with no hidden charges," explained Gary Booker, general manager of consumer at O2.
He added that it is known that the majority of calls to nations such as these are made to mobile phones.
Ofcom recently announced the details of research that found O2 provides the fastest mobile broadband of any operator in the UK.
