People who have to frequently navigate London – whether for work or leisure – could find that selling their mobile and investing in a new model is the way forward.

According to the Google Mobile Blog, Google Maps has been updated to feature information on the 18,000 bus stops and 250 tube stations available to transport users.

It noted that wherever a person is in the capital, they will be able to use the tool to create numerous possible routes featuring different transport.

When using the latest mobiles, consumers will find that the device's location-aware technology means they do not even have to enter their starting point as the app will devise routes from its current position.

To ensure nothing can go wrong, Google Maps even offers estimated timings between stops or stations and information on distance covered.

The same online publication recently told how the "Google experience" is now available to people who buy a phone through AT&T.
