Leading mobile phone manufacturer Samsung has unveiled its new Galaxy Grand handset, which will be available in single and dual-SIM versions.
The Android Jelly Bean operating system is pre-installed, giving buyers access to the virtual app store Google Play.
Taking pictures is the most-used smartphone capability, according to Pew Research Center’s Internet and American Life Project.
Budding photographers can utilise the eight-megapixel rear camera, which has zero shutter-lag and ultra-quick start up, and a two-megapixel front snapper will assist self-portraits.
Users can keep up to 8 GB of image, video and app files using internal storage, and there is the option to expand by 64 GB using the microSD card slot.
Features familiar to Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 users, such as Popup Video, are also included.
This tool allows gadget owners to watch footage in a small window while composing a text message or using another function.
