It seems that Samsung's Galaxy S4 has only just hit the shops, but already people are speculating on what the company may bring with its next flagship mobile phone.
Rumours have already started to imply that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will bring a 64-bit Exynos processor to put it on a level playing field with Apple's iPhone 5S. However, attention has now turned to how much RAM the upcoming flagship will pack.
According to Digital Times Korea, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be the first smartphone to pack 4GB of RAM. This would give the device twice the RAM of its predecessor and would leave Apple's iPhone 5S looking pitiful with its measly 1GB.
We already know that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has 3GB of RAM, which makes it a pretty fast-paced device. It appears that the company may be pushing its boundaries further and is keen to break the record when it comes to RAM.
