The Ice Cream Sandwich update for users of the Samsung Galaxy Note has reportedly landed on some people's tablets.

Samsung UK hasn't confirmed that the update has begun and stated that any information on it would be released by the company "in due course," according to CNET UK.

The significant upgrade to the latest version of the Android operating system was originally slated for March, however the technology giant confirmed it would be happening at some point in the second quarter.

This update has been dubbed the Premium Suite and includes some apps designed specifically for the Note.

CNET UK claims they will make the most of the Note's stylus, with the S Note app, for example, letting you scribble on web pages or images.

Vice president of the UK and IRE telecommunications and networks division at Samsung Simon Stanford said of the update in March that the new upgrade would allow the Note to be even more innovative.
