Many people have been eager to see the arrival of Samsung’s latest super-sized mobile phone and the wait is officially over as the firm reveals the phablet in Berlin.

Unveiled at the IFA 2013, the 5.7-inch device comes with the latest version of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, 3GB of RAM, and will have the option of either 16GB or 32GB for the internal storage while a microSD card could increase it to 64GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a 13-megapixel camera on the back which has ultra-HD capabilities. The front camera is a two-megapixel camera which can record full-HD video.

It will come in three colours;  jet black, classic white and blush pink and will start launching around the world from September 25th. It will hit 149 countries in total and all should have the device by October.
