Nokia’s follow-up to the popular Lumia 520 may have been shown as a number of sources publish leaks of the upcoming mobile phone.
It is thought that its successor would be called the Nokia Lumia 525 and its expected specifications have also been leaked by Chinese site Baidu.
According to the site, the budget-friendly handset will bring a 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, a four-inch display, five-megapixel camera, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and a 1,430mAh battery.
Serial tipster @evleaks tweeted a photo of a device claiming to be the Nokia Lumia 525 in orange, yellow and white. However, no other details were leaked apart from “2013”, which suggests that we may see the handset sooner rather than later.
The Nokia Lumia 520 and its successor are fairly similar in terms of specifications but the Lumia 525 does bring 1GB of RAM, compared to the 512MB in the Lumia 520.
