The Nokia Lumia 925 is expected to be the new flagship device from the Finnish mobile phone company.
It was originally thought the new smartphone would be called the “Catwalk” but reports suggest that it will be retailed as the Lumia 925 and will be an updated version of its predecessor, rather than a new innovative device.
Nokia has confirmed nothing about a new handset, but with its company press event happening on May 14th it’s not surprising.
The invitations were laced with “see what’s next” and “the Nokia Lumia story continues” so it’s more than possible the company is waiting for this big stage in front of the world’s press to make any announcements.
It is expected that the new Nokia Lumia will have a fairly modest screen size, probably a 4.5-inch HD display.
Yesterday an American advertisement surfaced for the Lumia 928, which is thought to be the US alternative to the 925. The ad billed the handset as “the best low-light camera” which hints we may see improved camera technology in the Nokia Lumia 925.
