A number of sources are talking about the upcoming mobile phone from HTC – the new One handset. However, now a new video has leaked, featuring a device claiming to be the heavily-anticipated flagship.
Posted by YouTube user Roshan Jamkatel, the footage shows the new HTC One in full view. The 12-minute video shows Mr Jamkatel talking about the upcoming flagship, highlighted key features on the smartphone including a microSD slot, two rear camera lenses and HTC’s Sense 6.0 Android overlay.
The design of the handset is similar to the current HTC One with its metal body, though it has a more curved appearance. However, one striking difference is that the navigation keys are moved on screen.
It seems that HTC may not be happy with this leak as Phone Arena spotted one of the company’s employees making comments to Mr Jamkatel.
HTC’s senior global online communications manager Jeff Gordon supposedly tweeted: “it’s not going to be a good week for you, my friend,” followed by “we have the IMEI and all other info. We’ll be in touch,” but the posts have now been removed, as well as the original video.
