HTC's upcoming mobile phone has been all over the internet recently, thanks to a flurry of leaks. However, the newest speculation concerns what the handset will carry on the inside and how much power it will offer users.
The follow-up to the HTC One, the official name of which is still unknown, is expected to up the power potential of the current flagship. According to GSM Arena, which managed to get its hands on some insider information, the upcoming smartphone will sport a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 processor.
It's also expected to feature a 1080p five-inch display and come with an impressive 2,600mAh battery. If these specs are accurate, it would put the new HTC One head-to-head with its KitKat rivals the Samsung Galaxy S5 and Sony Xperia Z2.
The material also expects the new flagship to include a nano SIM card and slot over HTC's favoured micro SIM.
HTC is expected to launch its new One 2 smartphone at a dedicated event on March 25th so users only have a couple of weeks to wait until we find out for sure what the flagship brings.
