Gamers with the latest phones may be interested in a new review published this week for the Pocket Gamer website.

In a piece for the online portal, Keith Andrew looks at NBA Street on the Nokia N95 8GB and says the basketball title may offer enough arcade action to keep people entertained.

The simplicity of the points system is one welcome inclusion and it is noted the fast and “absorbing” matches are quick and interesting enough to fill the time on a typical bus journey.

“It’s fair to say EA has approached NBA Street with the mainstream in mind,” Mr Andrew adds. “[But] there’s fun enough here to suggest that EA’s streets will be paved with solid gold for some time to come.”

Other games in the EA range include two Fifa Street titles – which could tempt football fans into recycling mobile phones to buy the latest handsets to play them on.
