People who require regular access to their emails, even when they are away from the office or home computer, may be wise to splash out on a Nokia mobile phone.

Ian, author of the latest Nokia Conversations blog, explains the Finnish brand has continued its alliance with computer giant Microsoft by releasing an updated version of the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync system.

This allows those with handsets produced by Nokia direct and straightforward access to any email accounts operated by the US firm.

The writer explains business users are particularly attracted to the platform, as it can reduce the cost involved with picking up messages on the go.

It will be available through more than 550 different networks from around the world, including UK providers such as Orange and T-Mobile.

Models that consumers may be interested in if they wish to enjoy emails at any time of day and in any location include the recently released Nokia N8 and Nokia C7.
