Those who intend to sell a mobile phone for money and use the cash to put towards a new device over the coming months may be wise to prioritise the inclusion of a ClearBlack display on their chosen purchase.

Ian, penning the latest Nokia Conversations blog, says it is one of the most modern ways to assess a handset’s quality.

In the past, ease of use, signal strength and call quality were among the few factors consumers looked out for when buying a mobile.

However, there is now plenty more that can be assessed in order to find the perfect model, with the author noting one of these is ClearBlack.

The technology, which was shown off at Nokia World 2010, helps manufacturers to reduce reflections on the screen of a mobile, making it easier to read and use.

It also improves the vividness of colours, perhaps making it highly desirable to those who spend plenty of time using their device.

Nokia has recently been in the news for releasing a number of handsets, including the long-awaited N8 and the C7.
