LG has unveiled its new Optimus L Series II range ahead of the Mobile World Congress (MWC), which kicks off in Barcelona on February 25th.

The popular L Series has “evolved” to offer consumers a more innovative, stylish and impressive line-up of devices.

Parents are sure to appreciate the new Safety Care feature, which lets owners contact a loved one with ease in the event of an emergency.

The Quick Button function allows users to personalise a hot key, so that they can quickly and conveniently launch their favourite app, like the camera or music player.

Software enhancements will feature alongside a host of design improvements too, including smart LED lighting on the home button.

BlackBerry 10 is likely to have impressed business consumers when it was unveiled on January 30th, as Balance, Safeguard and Remember make mobile work secure and convenient.

However, the upcoming dual-SIM LG gadgets are also likely to appeal to professionals, as the functionality makes it easy to segregate business and personal calls.
