We’ve heard reports that LG is planning a pint-sized version of its G2 Mini, but new rumours suggest it may not be a very small mobile phone.

A number of images have shown up claiming to be the LG G2 Mini, which indicate the device could be fairly large.

FCC’s database shows a device listed under the model name LG D6218, which many suspect is LG’s pint-sized handset. It shows the handset to be 65.8mm wide and 128.8mm tall, making it fractionally smaller than its bigger brother – the LG G2.

Previous reports had indicated that the LG G2 Mini would be 4.7 inches, which would be larger than Samsung’s Galaxy S4 Mini.

The smartphone has also turned up on Bluetooth Special Interest Group’s website under the model number D6220. However, it is also said to be the LG G2 Mini. The second listing doesn’t provide much information but the fact it has appeared twice suggests the handset could be released imminently.
