Consumers looking to sell mobilephones in favour of a new model may welcome two new reviews that have hit Mobile Burn this week.

In one particular piece, Russell Jeffries looked at the pros and cons of the LG Chocolate BL40, while his associate Michael Oryl considered the new Motorola DEXT.

The former explained that his device was the latest in a line of "very popular" models and was "a very striking phone" to look at.

Mr Jeffries concluded: "The LG New Chocolate BL40 is a fun handset with some great features and a fantastic screen."

Elsewhere, Mr Oryl said that Motorola had been done "very well" in combining its new MOTOBLUR interface with the Google Android on the DEXT – which is known as the CLIQ in the US.

However, he noted that overall the HTC was "doing a better job" with the operating system but that "may not be the case for long".
