HTC is said to be preparing a super-sized mobile phone that will carry the One name, but come with a plastic case called Zara.
The device is expected to arrive within the next few months, according to a report from the China Times. It means that the company could be planning two handsets to be released before the end of the year.
The HTC One Max, or T6, has been rumoured for a while and is expected to carry a 5.9-inch Full HD display, 2GB RAM and come with both 32GB and 64GB variants.
This new "Zara" device is relatively unknown, but it is thought to come with a plastic casing rather than the metal shell that HTC is used to. Assumptions would indicate that this move is to bring it in at a more budget-friendly price, though if it is another phablet, affordable could still see you stumping up hundreds of pounds.
Very little else is known about the HTC Zara, but both devices seem to have sprouted from the company's Emerging Devices department.
