The new HTC One SV mobile phone should be available through the telecommunications provider EE in the coming weeks.
Buyers will be able to utilise the high-speed 4G networks offered, as the device is equipped with Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology.
This is the second LTE handset offered by the Taiwanese manufacturer – customers can already get their hands on the HTC One XL.
Gorilla Glass 2 protects the 4.3-inch LCD screen from damage, and the handset sports a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor.
Users will have access to over 700,000 tools and games through the virtual Google Play application store, thanks to the Android operating system.
These can be stored on 8 GB of internal storage, and memory can be expanded by utilising the micro SD card slot.
Near Field Communication (NFC) capabilities means that owners can take advantage of Google Wallet for wireless in-store transactions.
There is also a five-megapixel camera which has auto-focus plus LED flash, and a front-facing snapper makes video calling and taking self-portraits easier.
