It seems rumours are always surfacing about the Samsung Galaxy Note III, and today is no different, as reports indicate the screen is almost certain for the gigantic mobile phone.

According to the Korean manufacturer’s site, the device has been officially listed alongside details of the display. The information was spotted by Japanese site Ringer’s Blue Men, which found two models listed under SM-N900A and SM-N900T.

It’s likely the two code names represent similar, but slightly different, variants of the Samsung Galaxy Note III. We’ve already heard that there could be up to four versions of the upcoming phablet, so no big surprise there.

Details also indicate that the handset will sport an ARM-based processor will be used inside in the handset, but we know nothing for certain yet. It’s likely Samsung is waiting for the iFA 2013 in Berlin to make any big announcements.
