British gadget lovers can now get their hands on a budget Windows Phone 8 device – the Nokia Lumia 620, which sports a 1.0 GHz dual-core processor.

Available through O2 on Pay & Go for just £149.99, buyers are able to take advantage of the new Microsoft operating system without breaking the bank.

Users can enjoy apps like Cut the Rope and YouTube from the Windows Store on a 3.8-inch touchscreen, and store files on 8 GB of internal memory.

Budding photographers can take pictures with the five-megapixel camera which has auto-focus and an LED flash, while a front-facing snapper is included for video calls.

It is great for music lovers too, as the Nokia Mix Radio service allows owners to stream tracks over the internet for free.

The handset is available in a range of bright colours which match the vibrancy of the operating system, although different carriers may limit which are on offer.
