Shrewd individuals could keep an eye on the Orange website and be prepared to trade-in their mobile phone, if one expert is to be believed.

Charles Kloet, writing for CNET UK, explains the network's San Francisco device was made available for a short while yesterday (December 20th) for just £20.

The model soon sold out and the offer was removed, but the expert believes there is a possibility it will return.

Mr Kloet states: "The phone has plenty of good points … among them are a capacitive 3.5-inch touchscreen with multi-touch support, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity and the feature bonanza that is Android 2.1."

Should the deal reappear on the company's online portal, consumers may be wise to invest immediately and later trade-in their mobile.

Orange recently announced it is opening a number of dual-branded stores with T-Mobile, giving customers more choice on the high street when it comes to purchasing a new handset.
