We've already heard much about the two upcoming mobile phones from Apple, however, the timing may have been confirmed by one of Apple's key suppliers; Foxconn.
The firm is due to ship two iPhone models to the masses this autumn.
According to the Wall Street Journal, sources have revealed that Apple has told its supplier Foxconn to deliver two different iPhone models next month. This supports the notion that Apple will reveal at least one of its handsets at the company's event on September 10th.
This would be a bit of a change for Apple, which has always left a significant window between the release of handsets.
However, with Samsung now having dominance over the smartphone market and Sony and HTC developing quickly, a change could be exactly what the Cupertino firm needs.
The company's biggest rival Samsung has also released the Galaxy S4, S4 Mini, S4 Active and S4 Zoom along with having the Galaxy Mega lined up for later this month.
It appears variety is what users want and so a duo of smartphones could be a success for Apple.
