Leaked details from a company employee briefing have indicated that the mobile phone giant may be planning a massive overhaul for its AppleCare service.

The iPhone firm will be transforming into a single-subscription model which would cover all devices, according to AppleInsider.

It’s unclear whether this would run alongside the current one-warranty-per-device service or whether it would replace it.

If the predicted system comes into action then it is thought Apple would offer 24/7 support for customers and extend the period where one-to-one training is offered.

The proposed changes are expected to come into place later this year in the US and then roll-out gradually across the rest of the world.

It also plans to revolutionise the way Apple fixes iPhones which will focus on changing parts of the device rather than giving the customer a new one.
