An alleged leaked photograph of the Apple iPhone 5S indicates that the next handset from the American manufacturer will have the same four-inch display as the sixth-generation mobile phone.
The latest device was only released on September 21st, but there is already speculation surrounding the specifications of the next version.
French website Nowhereelse.fr published a photograph which apparently shows the new casing, and it is extremely similar to the current iPhone 5 design.
This suggests that the smartphone will have the same four-inch display, rather than opting for a bigger screen in line with most other manufacturer's latest handsets.
Samsung's Galaxy S3 has a 4.7-inch display, which may offer users a better experience when playing games, browsing the web and watching videos.
However, some people find the smaller iPhone screens easier to navigate and hold, meaning that typing out a text message is quicker.
Technology industry experts predict that the next Apple mobile phone will be called the 5S because of the pattern created by previous releases.
