Salary: £20k plus company bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Holiday: 22 holidays & 8 bank holidays

 

Mazuma Mobile are looking to recruit a finance assistant to work within the finance department.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Posting of invoices
  • Collating supporting documentation for invoices
  • eChannel reconciliations
  • Use of Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate notes and financial records
  • Taking finance related calls, and resolving queries
  • Liaising with other departments internally
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers where required
  • To carry out general financial administrative exercises

  • Excellent time management

Qualifications/experience:

  • Must be IT literate
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable but is not essential
  • Previous experience with Sage Accounts 50 would be preferable but is not essential
