Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Holiday: 22 days holiday rising to 25 with service (plus statutory bank holidays)


Working as part of the Customer Experience team, successful candidates will be the first line of contact for our Customers, so the ability to be professional and assertive is essential for this role.

As the face of the business, this department uses our bespoke inhouse software and communication with the Warehouse Processing team to assist with Customer queries and deliver excellent Customer service at all times. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and a proven ability to work calmly under pressure.

Upon completion of probation, successful candidates will have the opportunity to enrol on to a Customer Service Apprenticeship, giving you a nationally recognised qualification.

As a Company we offer 22 basic holidays, rising to 25 days with service, plus all of the statutory bank holidays. All employees are entitled to free parking from day 1 and upon completion of probation you will also be eligible for the Annual Company Bonus and Cycle to Work Scheme.
