Job Title: Customer Retentions

Duration: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £19,142.50 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
Holiday: 22 days holiday rising to 25 with service (plus statutory bank holidays)

Working as part of the Customer Experience team, successful candidates will be communicating with customers; dealing with customer escalations and negotiate pricing. You will be required to liaise with the pricing and data analyst, sales team, warehouse and customer services to ensure you provide an excellent service to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the pricing & data analyst, customer services, warehouse team and operations manager regularly
  • Use specialist admin software to access customer details
  • Understand the grading & faults processes in the warehouse and how it affects pricing so this can be efficiently explained to a customer
  • Call customers to negotiate pricing and explain reasoning for downgrades
  • Use excel to record customer communications and outcomes
  • Ad hoc administration duties and support for Team Leader when required
