- Phone received with PIN lock

Many recyclers will automatically pay you a reduced value or charge you to have the phone returned. We don't think this is fair. Mazuma want every sale to be simple, quick, rewarding and honest.

Our price promise guarantees you receive the full price quoted for your sale provided it meets our Terms & Conditions of Supply.
Once we receive your phone or device, if we find they do not meet our Terms & Conditions of Supply and the order value needs to be amended, we will email you a revised offer for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge.
Revised orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our revised offer email within 14 days. Price promise does not apply to blocked (registered lost/stolen) phones or devices.
