Just recently I sent in my phone and received the envelope from Mazuma within 1 day and then sent my phone in the pre-paid envelope which was received from Mazuma today and I received an email from Mazuma informing me they had received my phone and then another email to confirm the order had been processed and then a further email to confirm payment had been made to my bank account which was my preferred payment method.
