2. Get a FREE Sales Pack
After you have registered your Samsung trade-in, we will send you a FREE Sales Pack containing all the items you need to send us your phone. 3. Post your Samsung Mobile
Please send your Samsung trade-in within 14 days of arranging your quote. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 days to arrive. We recommend using Royal Mail Track and Trace to make sure it's on its way. There's no need to send your Samsung accessories such as cables, earbuds or charger plugs; you can keep these as spares if you're upgrading to a newer Samsung instead.
4. Get fast payment
