Trade in mobile for fun new app

Britons who trade in their mobile phones and upgrade to an iPhone can enjoy access to a great new app that comes recommended by one publication.

PC Advisor took a look at Egg Vs Chicken, which it describes as a puzzle action game with plenty of levels for users to tackle.

The idea is for players to defend their pen full of eggs from the onrushing chickens that will aim to attack them.

They must then match groups of three identical eggs to fire at the chickens, although people should be prepared for new eggs to appear to replace those that have been launched.

According to the online magazine: "The developer does a fine job of providing incentive for players to go back and try to collect more stars, though, in that you can use them as currency to buy defences and special skills."

Other new apps to be released in recent times include a tool on offer from golfer Lee Westwood, featuring exclusive interviews and diary entries from the star.
