Consumers who trade in mobile phones over the coming weeks will be in a good position to secure the latest release from HTC.

The technology provider has confirmed the release of its new HTC Rhyme handset, which is said to feature a sleek and innovative design.

It has been crafted to fit seamlessly into the lifestyles of its users and is a balance between the latest hi-tech features and simplicity.

"HTC Rhyme represents an entirely new approach, based on recognition that there is a substantial group of consumers who want their phones to be more personal and complimentary to every moment of their day," stated Scott Croyle, vice-president of design at HTC Corporation.

He added that a number of imaginative features have been included on the phone, such as its unique docking station.

Heather McLean, co-founder and editor for online mobile news publication Smart Gorillas, recently cited HTC phones as an example of the latest, smartest and most sought-after brands on the market.
