Selling Old Mobile Phone Could Help Users Buy Impressive Android Handset

Old mobile phones could be replaced with a new hybrid device from Dell for the ultimate communications experience.

Although the iPad was only launched last month, the Dell Streak already combines the tablet format of the Apple device with the features of a smartphone, offering a five-inch touchscreen and Wi-Fi connectivity.

According to Flora Graham, technology expert at Cnet.com, the Streak is "the best Android tablet yet" and could get better once the 2.2 version of the operating system is implemented later in the year.

"Unlike the iPad, the Streak doesn't feel like a pack of A4 paper that's come to life. It feels more like a very, very big phone, in the same way that the HTC HD2 did," she explained.

The Dell Streak features a five-megapixel camera, high-speed processor and built in Wi-Fi and is available exclusively through O2.
