Samsung Galaxy S5 to be the most powerful phone yet?
The Samsung Galaxy S5 looks like it will come with four gigabytes of RAM, making it the most powerful mobile phone released in the world so far.
This generous amount of memory looks like it will also be paired with a 64-bit processor in the form of the first of the Exynos 6 series chips.
Digital Times Korea revealed the specs and it also reported that the Galaxy S5 will be launched at some point in the first half of 2014.
The three gigabytes of RAM that is currently used with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is already thought of as more than enough for an extremely fast smartphone.
This is bad news for Apple, as criticisms have already been levelled at the iPhone for not having enough RAM to fully make use of a 64-bit processor.
Apple's iPhone 5S features a 64-bit A7 processor but only one gigabyte of RAM, which is not considered enough to utilise the features of the 64-bit chip.
