Recycling mobile could create opportunity to use "easy" Nokia apps
Nokia fans looking to replace their old mobile phone with a more up-to-date model could pick up one of the Swedish firm's smartphones, which would open the user up to a new world of apps.
They would also be just in time to pick up the new Ovi App Wizard from the company's online store, which allows them to easily create their own applications for the handset.
Using RSS feeds, the software produces an app featuring up to three streams of updated information from the internet in a well-organised package and users can upload their creations to the Ovi store.
"Getting up and running is frighteningly simple. The six-step process only takes a few minutes. If you want to get your content into the Ovi Store, there's probably no easier way," the official Nokia blog said.
Nokia this week released the AP Fifa World Cup app to its online shop, allowing football fans to receive the latest news regarding the tournament straight on to their phone.
