O2 Customers Are The Most Satisfied Mobile Phone Owners

More than three-quarters of O2 customers claim that they are satisfied with the service provided, making it the best performing major mobile provider in Britain.

The Ofcom survey found that users of this operator were also the most loyal, as they were least likely to leave.

Overall, more than two-thirds of consumers are pleased with their network operator, approximately one-fifth are neutral, and 14 per cent are dissatisfied.

Three was rated below average last year, but after a seven percentage point improvement its customer service is now deemed representative of the sector.

Vodafone performed most poorly, as 61 per cent of its customers are satisfied while 18 per cent are unhappy with the provider.

Shoppers can buy the most popular smartphones, including the Apple iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3, from these retailers.

They tend to offer two-year contracts for the high-end devices, but users may instead be able to opt for a pay-as-you-go or SIM-only service.

Brits looking to buy a new mobile phone could use the uSwitch website in order to compare prices.
