11/09/2009
Nokia has announced a new mobile phone that could tempt those looking to sell mobilephones that are less messaging-orientated.
It is noted by the Finish manufacturer that the new handset is targeted specifically at those who ligke to communicate in this manner.
The group explained the Nokia Twist 7705 has a unique design that is crafted specifically to take advantage of this - with a full qwerty keyboard that swivels out from under the screen.
In addition, the Nokia 7705 Twist boasts a number of shortcut buttons, as well as a three-megapixel camera, Bluetooth support, 2.5mm headphone jack and a 2.4-inch QVGA screen.
Online news resource Nokia Conversations looked at the device this week and highlighted its usefulness to web 2.0 users.
"The 7705 Twist is ... blog-savvy, enabling you to communicate with the world via a simple post to blogs feature that also can fire out your snaps and text to social network sites," it noted.
