Nokia Mobile Phone Users To Be Offered Live TV Service

People who like the idea of watching television while away from home could be excited by the prospect of buying a Nokia mobile phone.

This is because the Finnish brand has launched a receiver that allows consumers to enjoy their favourite shows, updates and sporting events on the go, explains Ian, author of the Nokia Conversations blog.

The technology is the first of its kind, marking Nokia as a leading innovator in the sector.

Simply attaching the receiver to a model will allow the owner to watch live television, rather than previously-recorded video clips that are currently popular.

And enjoying the revolutionary add-on will not even impact on a phone's core uses, such as taking calls and receiving texts, as these can still be done while tuning into BBC1 or ITV.

One device some people may have eyed as one to use the product on is the Nokia N8, which is due to be released at the end of the month.
